Culture
Since 1996 HCG has helped 250 organizational cultures successfully drive culture change. HCG utilizes proprietary empirical survey tools to measure and define culture in a quantitative fashion. HCG’s Culture Change process builds upon the unique findings resulting from these surveys and provides a practical and specific roadmap to guide management through the critical change process.

Strategy
HCG’s Strategy Alignment Process and Strategy Assessment identify and address the leadership and cultural barriers that prevent organizations from executing strategy. HCG consultants work with key stakeholders in organizations to eliminate these barriers and refine a strategy that is in tune with the organization's capabilities.

Board Assessment
The HCG Board Assessment Process in partnership with The Board Institute’s suite of board indices creates alignment between the firm’s strategy and all aspects of the Board’s functioning. The Board Institute solution includes The Board Index, The Audit Committee Index, The Compensation Committee Index and The Governance Committee Index. The web-based assessment, educational and benchmarking process is confidential and is structured to ensure candor and trust on the part of the participating Board members and those who work closely with the Board.

Integrated Approach
Most leaders understand that a clear and directed strategy is needed to achieve business success, but the role of leadership and culture with regards to strategy is often unappreciated.
